The Challenge

Air and gas handling systems aren't visually simple to sell, they're custom-engineered fans, dampers, and dust collectors built into heavy-industrial plants most people never see the inside of. ProcessBarron needed a film that could do three jobs across three audiences: help sales teams close deals with plant operators who understand engineering but not marketing language, help recruiters attract skilled talent into a specialized industrial field, and give general audiences a clear picture of a product category that's largely invisible in daily life.

The Approach

Ninety Nine Natives built the film around ProcessBarron's actual work, custom-fabricated industrial fans, dampers, and air handling components engineered for heavy-industry plants across power generation, pulp and paper, steel, biomass, and cement, letting the equipment and the people who build and service it carry the story instead of a generic industrial-brand narration.

The Execution

The film moves through what ProcessBarron actually delivers: engineered systems built to reduce energy consumption and extend equipment life, real fabrication and field service work, and the nationwide 24/7 emergency response that keeps a plant running when a system fails. It's built to speak to a plant engineer evaluating a vendor, a prospective employee sizing up the company, and a general viewer trying to understand what an air and gas handling system even is, all from the same footage.

The Result

The film gives ProcessBarron one asset that serves sales, recruiting, and general education at once, a company whose engineered systems routinely deliver over $100,000 in annual energy savings for the plants that run them, made visible and understandable to audiences who'd otherwise never see the work behind the equipment.
