The Challenge

Christ Fellowship Church's members already believed in missions. The harder question was whether they'd ever been asked to act on that belief, not just affirm it. CFC needed a missions video that could name that gap honestly, one built to work both in a regular Sunday service and at its Global Missions Conference, a setting built specifically to challenge people toward action.

The Approach

Ninety Nine Natives produces church and ministry video built around a real spiritual challenge, not a generic missions appeal. This film centers on one question instead of a standard call to action: what if the real barrier to missions isn't belief, but a willingness to move? Scripted moments, a book reading, a podcast scene, ground the idea in ordinary church-member behavior, the sermons we nod along to, before asking what that agreement has actually cost.

The Execution

The film opens on comfort as the real obstacle, not unbelief. It names a culture built around the American Dream, career, family, homeownership, none of it wrong, but rarely weighed against what God might be asking instead. Mark 10:29-31 reframes sacrifice as invitation, not loss. It closes on the question it opened with, now sharper: would we leave a church like ours for people who've never had one of their own.

The Result

The film gave CFC a missions conference video and a members meeting piece in one, built to challenge a congregation that already agreed with the message to examine whether their lives reflected it. Played for the full church and at the Global Missions Conference, it turned a familiar teaching into a personal question every member had to answer for themselves.
