The Challenge
SD Construction builds custom homes where the quality lives in the details. Steven Denney wanted a film that lets people experience that quality, with the scale, materials, and intention behind one of his homes, and that puts his work in front of the industry.

The Approach
Ninety Nine Natives produced a film that treats the home itself as the subject. Instead of a standard walkthrough, we built the film around the features that show intentional design and high-value materials, and gave each one room to be seen.

The Execution
Shot on location, the film moves through the home’s defining elements: timber beams running across the ceiling, vaulted ceilings, cabinetry that reaches the ceiling, custom bunk beds, and a stone fireplace. Each shot is framed to show scale, texture, and craftsmanship, so viewers feel the quality before anything is said about it.

The Result
SD Construction now has a film built for their website, social channels, and award entries.
