The Challenge

Tippett Sease Baker had completed an English cottage-style home built around the kind of detail that photographs beautifully but is easy to miss in a single still image, copper roofing, arched brick doorways, the way morning light hits a gable end at a specific hour. With no dedicated project page for the home, TSB needed a piece that could capture those details in motion and give the project a real home online.

The Approach

Ninety Nine Natives built a project feature film around the architectural details that make this home distinctive, treating the exterior the way a walk-through of the finished home would, moving from entrance to entrance rather than a single wide establishing shot.

The Execution

The film moves through the home's defining moments, the layered brick and material work at the side entrance, early morning light filtering through trees onto the copper-roofed bay window, the arched brick doorway marking the covered parking entrance, giving each detail the time and framing a still photo can't.

The Result

The film gives Tippett Sease Baker a piece that stands in for the project page the home didn't have, letting the craftsmanship speak for itself to prospective clients evaluating the firm's residential work.
